Problem whit the announcement bar

I have a text in the announcement bar. The problem is that the text can not be seen all and I do not know how to expand to see all the text in the announcement bar. I would appreciate it very much if you could help me please

I will suggest you can check the Enable small text on Mobile option in the announcement bar theme Settings.
