Add the possibility of an automatic discount for the upsell "frequently bought together". I think this is not going to really work without encouraging buyers by offering a discount if they buy all the bundle.

I am really dissatisfied with this service. I have been trying to contact support for fifteen days to make a refund and it seems impossible that it takes so long. They always postpone the chats and say the exact same things. It is disgraceful, I would never have thought of such poor service. I specifically gave them the problems and directions on how to contact me, but every time they have to ask for the problem. The customer service is really bad. You are not worth a euro of what you cost, although the product may be great, but the way you treat customers is not the priority. it wouldn't hurt to read the previous chats so that they have an understanding of the customer's situation.
