my enterprise account is not velohero.myshopify.com but minntera.myshopify.com with PayPal reutermail@gmx.de musst my one and only enterprice account.
This should be changed by support since a week ago. Why is this not being taken care of?
Why do I only receive meaningless automatic mails? Please fix the basic problem now. And I mean now!
Furthermore, the store does not have a start page template. Home is no longer available. Only the 404 page is shown. I can't select home page in theme, I can only select contact or FAQ or product page as template. Home page is no longer assignable as it is no longer available as theme template. Please correct the code for this. Please fix the problem now.
Next, the tracking addon still does not work.
A page error server error is displayed. They promise me for over a week to fix the error daily.
They have done nothing. Only meaningless standard mails.
Pls Fix the errors now, I can not run the store so with these many errors of your theme.
