FAQ Add On Not working

Hi,
I enabled the FAQ add on, but it didn't display. We had purchased the pro license to see if it was related to the number of extensions enabled. But that didn't work. We have exactly 5 add ons enabled and have down graded to the starter plan.
Need help or we'll have to go with another app.
