Shippíng bar progress icon motion once goal achieved

We had a customer reach out saying they thought the motion graphic meant the page was still loading or something is still in progress. I could understand why they feel that. I would understand why it's important as your working to achieve the goal, but maybe once goal has been achieved we can make the progress bar static indicating goal achieved versus the ongoing motion which suggests something is still in progress even though the bar has reached the end.

Upon Evaluation, this feature is working as expected. I would like to share the snapshots:
I suggest If you can try to install a fresh theme version without selecting to "copy custom code" from Debutify App.
Try to browse the website in the private window of the browser.
Uninstall unused 3rd party apps.
