Qty selector and Qty increments

On the one hand, I would like to add the option to include a quantity selector in the product page, so that the customer can select the units they want to buy, without having to access the cart.

On the other hand, I think it would be a good idea to allow certain products, based on a tag, to be purchased in multiple quantities, rather than one at a time.

For example, if a group of products have the tag qty_increments = 5 the products would be purchased 5 at a time, and the plus and minus buttons on all the selectors on the page would increase and decrease the quantity as defined in the tag.
