Option for Sticky Menu Bar add on

Please can we have an option to make the Addon Menu Bar STICKY like the main header and the announcement bar. These two are already sticky and it makes sense that that the add on menu bar is also sticky as does exactly the same thing as the Menu and announcement bar.
