Hello,
I don't think the highlight border looks right, if I hover over it the border doesn't cover the send button and it looks awkward. Some alternative options would be no highlight at all or highlight both bar and send button together.

Hi there, our customers are complaining they get a high frequency of popups.
1) Can you set a cookie once a customer says no thank you in that session it does not show the pop up again.
2) Also, the option to not show to users who have completed it and
3) not show for x days after user has declined.

Can we have the option to have First and Last Name? This makes finding their accounts and emails easier.
