When you click on Slide under Slideshow, in the editor for Background image (desktop) it says "Recommended size: 3840 x 2160 px" yet customer service is telling me "The recommended Shopify slideshow image size is 1200px to 2000px width, and 400px to 600px height"
So is this an error in the debutify them?

Hi Carlos, sorry for the confusion.
The sizes 1200px to 2000px width, and 400px to 600px height, is for our old versions of the theme.
On the newer versions if you have it, the recommended size for desktop is 3840 x 2160 px and for mobile is 2160 x 3840 px
