Thank you for the feedback. We suggest you try installing a fresh theme version without selecting to "copy custom code".
For Quantity Picker Option:
Product Page Template > Product pages > Product form > You will find (Checkbox for Quantity Picker) It is working as expected. Contact our customer service if the above didn't work. Have a Nice day.
