theme debutify blurry images on the product page
Is anyone else still seeing blurry images on product pages? Even in 4.3.0 I still see it often in Chrome and Edge on desktop, it doesn't seem to happen on mobile. This one issue and the fact that support just says "we don't see it", ignoring my video evidence and screenshots will eventually cause Debutify to lose me as a customer.
Chris, Have you uploaded the correct size?
i.e. 1000x1000 pixels.
Moreover, Can you please let me know if you encountered this on Slow Internet?

We have evaluated your request & It seems to be working fine. As we are using lazy loading in every version of the theme, try to install a fresh theme version without selecting to "copy custom code"
Disable all add-ons that are not used in Theme settings > Debutify Add-ons.
Try to browse the website in private chrome navigation or uninstall unused 3rd party apps.
Honestly Muhammad, I think you need to do some more testing. I have asked multiple people all over the world to test for me and they all experience exactly what I'm seeing, it's very easy to replicate. There is definitely still a bug in there related to the lazy loading. Also, if I switch on the "Page Transition" add-on, I don't get blurry images anymore.
Our team has evaluated this on your store, & I am afraid they didn't encounter any Blurry images.
Can you please clear your Cache of the browser?

I am having the same issue, it is sporadic but very bad for business when your images do not load and are blurry. That's a lost customer.

If the bug is fixed/removed, it would be great if you can publish the code fix so we can manually implement it on the current theme. It's a serious issue and waiting for the next update release is not the best solution. Thanks
