"back in stock" does not work

I already tried it and it does not save the emails in shopify clients, I tried to communicate with support but they did not help me, the only thing they told me was that the clients tab does work ... and that was not the problem. The problem is that the clients who left their mail do not appear.

I have the same problem. I contacted debutify support and they just said I had to check with shopify support.....very sad situation. The "back in stock" add-on is not working, it does not save the emails and also does not send the message when the products are back in stock.

Hi Leo & Jair Alvarez,
Upon Evaluation, this feature is working as expected.
This is how Back in stock, works if the buyer/customer wants to get notify once the product is available they need to provide their correct email.

Note: Make sure the store owner puts his email in the field in General Settings to get notified.
