Currently Judge.Me does not work correctly with Debutify. The the variant ID in the product page URL doesn't allow the app to add the required token so users get sent to the review section.

I am afraid that, in your product pages, you have a feature that adds to the URL a parameter with the variant id:

This erases our token from the URL that the email template adds, this token carries the customer information and makes the widget automatically open the form to write the review, and auto-populates the customer name and email.
This variant parameter, is what breaks our functionality and it's something on your theme's side. If in the theme settings there is no option to disable it, I recommend contacting Debutify customer support so they can disable that feature.

Some themes add the variant id, but in my experience, they are only a few compared to the rest. This is not an issue on our end. Our app does add the token to the product URL, but after a split second, the theme adds the variant id, erasing our token, preventing it to work as expected
I'm afraid that on the few themes where the variant parameter is added, the only solution is to disable that. This is why I suggested that if it's not possible within the theme settings, please contact Debutify customer support for help disabling that feature.
