Undo changes for image with text section

until 4.1.0 there was the possibility to choose a product when added a "image with text" section.
This was removed and now the section "image with text" is displayed on every product page the same.

Or would it be possible to provide a work around for the time being please ? Basically just need to add visibility options for image with text
