Cart break needs work!

a) if people remove items from cart it needs to downgrade the code accordingly
2) need an option to hide the code from cart for cart breaks so it doesn't become "known" to other customers to use it
3) when cart break in use need a message to prompt the customer that the code they are entering may override their current cart break discount

When someone enters discount via shareable link, it needs to overrride the cart break and either disable/remove it or apply the discount in cart and don't let it change!
I lost a tonne of revenue tonight with a special sale because my discount was a large discount on one item and many customers added multiple items and the cart break would then override it and people didn't check out!!!
