Thank you for the feedback, you will be able to do it through some customization:
Inspect the code of the section that you want to link, get the ID of that section, and use that ID as the button link. Add the link with a "#" + the section ID.

you should be able to get someone to do this with anchor links. just get a developer to install it. it should be cheap.
