Write a review not working (Product Reviews Shopify)

Hi,
We have recently added Product Reviews as the review app to Debutify.
It seems to be working fine until you click "Write a review". The button should open a form but nothing appears.
I have been in contact with Shopify and they claim its a bug with the theme that cause it after testing it on a standard theme.
We appreciate your help.
