The upsell pop up never works!!? I've tried everything - updating the app, disabling - re-enabling...HELP?

Hi Josh,
Upon Evaluation, this feature is working as expected.
Please make sure the 'quantity' of product offer in Upsell pop up is not 0, because if the quantity is 0 it will not display the product offer or the general product offer will show.
