We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience you faced,
To add a Debutify theme you need to add the app from the debutify website by submitting your store information, After linking App with the store, in Theme Library you can download your preferred version of the debutify theme. In Shopify Dashboard > Online Stores > Upload new theme > select Publish.
