I configure the trust badge and color swatches sections but the results are not displayed on the theme.

Hi Roger, the addon issue is maybe caused by having too many addons enabled, please double-check if you have the corresponding number of add-ons enabled according to your plan.
Here is the list of plans for information:
Starter plan - Any 5 add-ons
Pro plan - 30 add-ons
Enterprise plan - All add-ons with 3 subscriptions
FREE PLAN - No Addons
