Theme error in customization

Hello I encountered a problem customizing the theme, after installing and publishing the theme, the moment I click customize I open the page is in the section to edit it from me this message: “There was a problem loading the theme settings. Try reloading the model.”

Hi Yuri, can you send us a screenshot of the issue that you're facing.
You can also redownload the theme by going to Admin > Apps > Debutify > Theme library -> Add Debutify 4.9.0 > Choose Debutify theme from which you want to copy settings> then add to theme library.
