I'm sorry but that is not acceptable. Even in your demo store the sync variant option is not working, see this product: debutifymerch.com/collections/apparel/products/3-4-sleeve-raglan-shirt?variant=39506529026107. If you click on the image the variant selected does not change correctly.

Did you check my video? You can clearly see there it works perfectly in previous version of Debutify, so color and picture are set up correctly. I tested again and the situation is the same...I'm happy to give you access to my shop if you want to check it out for yourself.
