Site loads then disapears

Yesterday the site was working fine... made some sales. Then this morning the site wasn't working, it loads and then disappears. Im super frustrated because customer support is not helpful and now they are being unresponsive.

Please try to install a fresh theme version without selecting to "copy custom code".
Disable all add-ons that are not used in Theme settings > Debutify Add-ons. Make sure to not enable more than your plan limit (Starter has can activate 5 add-ons, hustler 30 add-ons).
Please try to browse the website in private chrome navigation.
Uninstall unused 3rd party apps.
If the above didn't work please contact our customer service.
