Hi AdamS, there might be custom codes conflicting or 3rd-party apps conflicting with the add-on on your theme. Can you try and download a new Dubutify Theme with older settings by going to Admin > Apps > Debutify > Theme library -> Add Debutify 4.9.0 > Choose Debutify theme from which you want to copy settings> then add to theme library.

Thanks for your reply. Do you have any other suggestions to troubleshoot this issue? There is too much customization to re-add the theme and do all the customization again. Thanks.
