Major Cart Bug That Breaks My Store.

I have an important issue that is breaking my store. I need help with this URGENTLY!

I have a product that is automatically added to the cart whenever a customer adds any other product to the cart, but when they try to delete the automatically added product.. a popup message appears and it locks the checkout button and does not let the customer proceed to the checkout page. I use a third party app to have this feature on my store, because I want this product to be automatically added to the cart. It is also set so that the product cannot be deleted from the cart if there is any other product in the cart. I have used this third party app to automatically add products into the cart on my old theme and it worked it perfectly. I never had an issue like this before with it. It only happens on the Debutify theme This is an extremely bad bug that needs to be fixed. Please let me know what I can do to fix this as soon as possible.

I really need you to fix this as soon as possible because it is causing me to lose sales.

(The attached screenshot shows the popup message that appears, which then locks the checkout button from being clickable and it will not allow anyone to proceed to the checkout page. This also happens on both desktop and mobile devices.)

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our developers have thoroughly investigated the matter, and we're pleased to inform you that this isn't a bug on our end but rather a feature offered by the respective app.

When creating a bot, please ensure to check the option 'Apply bot only once per browser session'. Enabling this option allows customers to remove the product. Otherwise, the product will be marked as required, and the app will not allow its removal.

If this wasn't how the app functioned previously, it's likely a new update from their end where this feature is now required. Should you have any further concerns regarding how their app operates, we encourage you to reach out to their support team for assistance.

No, this is incorrect. The bug only happens on your theme. It works on my other theme.
I have set the bot to automatically add the product, and ensure that it could not be removed. I want it to work this way. I do not want the customers to be able to remove it.
The issue is caused by your cart coding. There must be a way to fix it on your theme.
That pop up message and freezing only happens when they press the delete button on the Debutify cart. NOT on any other theme.

We've noted your concern regarding alert displays on our theme. After a thorough investigation, our developers found that the alert message originates from the app's file. We're committed to improving third-party app alerts on our theme for a better user experience. Your feedback is valued.

For an immediate fix, we've disabled our cart drawer to allow your preferred third-party app usage. Also, we've resolved cart page lagging issues if you decide to revert to the theme's default settings.
