Large collections not loading

When using large collections with lots of products the site says unable to load!

Thankyou, this is affecting our customer, I have tried to speak to your live chat but it seems no on is available. I've collections working on other themes

Hey Dan,
Upon Evaluation, the feature seems to be working fine. Maybe there is an issue with your internet connectivity. The link attached is also working fine. I would like to suggest If you try to install a fresh theme version without selecting to "copy custom code" from Debutify App. Uninstall unused 3rd party apps. Disable all add-ons that are not used in Theme settings > Debutify Add-ons. Make sure to not enable more than your plan limit.
