Judge.me review widget cannot post reviews

Name describes it. I try to post a review, fill in all the required information, and click "Submit" but it refreshes the page and doesn't post a review. I've ticked every single implementation and double-checked if I'm doing anything wrong.

Thank you for your message.
If form is submitted, so app works correctly. Please check app's settings, see attached screenshot
Reviews can be hidden when they are submitted and store owner should approve them before publishing to theme.
