Fresh download FULL of spam blocks

So when I try and download a fresh theme it’s full of existing blocks that make it extremely laggy. There is over 100 in total and deleting them one by one lags my browser out and is extremely tedious. Why is this happening?

Hi William, a hotfix has been done on the new update, we suggest you update your theme again by going to Admin > Apps > Debutify > Theme library -> Add Debutify 4.7.0 > Choose Debutify theme from which you want to copy settings> then add to theme library.

When I download the theme, it’s full with existing blocks that make it extremely laggy. When I try and delete these blocks it lags out my browser. I’m talking 100s of random blocks that already exist in each section of the store. How to fix?
