Features on product page not displaying

Features such as delivery time (under product price), stock quantity (above quantity selector), size chart (below swatches) and product customization options (above add to cart button) like text field or radio buttons either don't appear at all on products, appear after several refreshes or randomly appear on some products and don't appear on others while they should appear on all.
Have been discussing this with the support team for the past 2 weeks and so far no solution has been offered.
