Debutify keeps removing my 3rd party applications code

Debutify has removed my 3rd Party Applications code nearly a dozen times, It's getting to a point that it's frustrating... Even though the 3rd party app works just fine with Debutify - the theme automatically removes it every now & then, I need a fix for this.

Please confirm you are adding the theme by checking this checkbox:
If you tick the checkbox it will copy the custom code modification and 3rd party apps in the previous version of your theme.
