Customisable Products Feature Question

Within the customisable products section, ive noticed that inside the custom text field block there is a option that states 'show at checkout' (uncheck this if you dont want the captured information to be shown in the order summary on the checkout pages).
What im trying to understand is that how will this feature work for clients who are using the basic shopify plan & have no access to the checkout pages as shopify manages that side?

Hi Dren,
This option is available on whatever plan you have for shopify.
This only show's the information that you have added for the custom text field so that on checkout they may see their order and the custom text they have added to the product.

Im assuming thats the same for the checkbox & options group blocks aswell
