Couldnt find where to send a chat message

Hi it really hard to find how to send a message so I'm asking my question here instead, Im trying to change the procent discount shown on the floating bar for the newsletter popup but I cant find where I can do that. I went into theme settings and the newsletter popup addon but its not there
