Checkout not showing discount

I've added quantity breaks with a discount on my store. The discount is applied in the cart, but when you click through to the checkout page, the full price with no discount is being shown. The customer does not get their quantity break discount.

Hi Jonathan, have you set up the discount code on shopify admin correctly? When creating this there should be no special characters or any spaces.
