Cart Goal doesn't work corectly with discounts.
If a discount is sent to the shopping cart and the subtotal is less than the threshold for free shipping, card goal incorrectly displays free shipping. But shipping costs are shown in the checkout. Customers think they have free shipping which is wrong and they are disturbed.
Card Goal may not decide on the basis of the subtotal with deduction of the discount, but with the subtotal without deduction of the discount. The free shipoping threshold is € 35, - and set correctly!

The Bug is obvious. why is this not fixed?

Upon Evaluating your request our development departments were unable to replicate what you registered.
We will suggest that you will try to install a fresh theme version without selecting to "copy custom code"
Disable all add-ons that are not used in Theme settings > Debutify Add-ons. Make sure to not enable more than your plan limit (Starter has can activate 5 add-ons, hustler 30 add-ons). If you are still facing the issue
