Can you please share some more details so we can provide you a better solution for the issue? Maybe snapshots would be better.

Sure! My website has the option to choose between the languages German and English. The theme main language is German, so I have to translate everything to english. Everything is translatable via a csv-file except the Cart-Drawer and the products in the "recommended for you" section.

The cart-drawer is fixed, but there are still a few more issues with the translation. for example the search results won't translate. Products in the "recommended for you" section won't translate either.
