I can't see the discount percentage on the main product in the product page but it can be seen in "recommended products" on the same page I've spoken to like 5 people and all are telling me to pay for a subscription to get my issue resolved, very poor customer service doesn't matter if I'm using a free version if my problem gets solved and my business runs smoothly then only I can afford a subscription!

The Discount saved feature is an add-on.
You would still need to be on a paid plan for you to use this.
