Bundle discount codes still appearing after deleted

I placed a quantity break discount code on the site and have since deleted it but it is still showing in customers carts if they had an active cart with the code.

Hey Catlyn,
Discount code saves to sessionStorage and it will not be removed automatically. If this discount is no longer active and user uses it, so it will be declined on checkout page.
If you remove the discount code in Upsell bundle they must deactivate or remove also in the Shopify admin.
