Broken Product Recommendations

Hello,
Immediately after updating to version 4.1.0 my product recommendations and related product blocks are suddenly blank.
The related product block is clickable, although blank. - but it only becomes visible when I disable carousel, only in grid mode...
However, the "product recommendations" block does not render at all no matter what I do. The only thing that shows up is the colored section border.

(I have downgraded in the meantime until this gets fixed, which is a shame because I was really excited for all the new features.)
