The back in stock add-on is not working properly. It doesn't collect nor send email to customer when the product is back in stock.

Hi Alessandro, hope you're doing well.
The back in stock add-on is just collecting the emails then the email notification is coming from Shopify.
help.shopify.com/en/manual/orders/notifications
Hope the add-on is working fine already.
